Why is regular suspension service important?
Regular maintenance helps ensure optimal sensitivity and performance of suspension. It also helps avoid premature damage to the stanchions.
Worn seals can lead to leakage, affecting damping performance and this can cause long-term damage.
What are the signs that my suspension needs servicing?
The best way to know when your suspension needs servicing is by following guidelines supplied the by the fork and/or shock manufacturer. Typical guidelines are to have a full service performed yearly.
If you are noticing decreased performance, leakage, stiffness, unusual noises or loss of air these are signs that a suspension service is past due.
How does payment work? Do I have to pay in advance?
We accept both pre-payment and payment in person.
If you prefer paying after service is complete, please select "Pay at Pick-Up" at the checkout page of our website.
If you want to pre-pay, simply use the credit card payment function at the checkout page of our website.
Do you have a physical store? Where is it located?
Yes, you can find our store at 2-3760 Hastings Street, Burnaby, BC, Canada V5C 2H5.

How does suspension/bike drop-off work?

How far in advance of my service appointment do I need to drop-off my suspension/bike?
A minimum of 1-hour before your service appointment!

Can I bring in my entire bike or do I need to remove the fork and/or shock?
Yes! Our prices include removal and installation services. Keep in mind, we offer a 10% discount if supplied with just the fork and/or shock! You save money, we save time!
Do your prices include service kits and oil?
Yes! All prices include service kits, labour, and oil.
What does a suspension service include?
It might depend on the exact model and brand of suspension, but typically a suspension service includes:
Fork Service:
Full disassembly, inspection and cleaning of all parts and components
Replacement of worn or damaged components
New oil and seals
Return to original damping settings and air pressures
Shock Service:
Full disassembly, inspection and cleaning of all parts and components
Replacement of seals and oil
Checking and replacing any worn components
Return to original damping settings and air pressures
