In order to serve you best, we need a bit of time to prepare your suspension for servicing.

• Please ensure your suspension item(s) or bike is dropped off no later than 1 hour before your service appointment. Failure to do so will result in you losing your appointment. We will do our best to resechedule your servicing to the next available time.

Depending on the number of items you have booked, you may be eligible for free pick-up/drop-off.

• If you have booked fewer than 5 items, please follow the customer instructions above.
• If you have over 5 items booked for service, we will contact you for a pick-up time. Once service has been completed, we will contact you to arrange a drop-off time.

You will be contacted promptly once service has been completed.

• If you dropped off a serviceable part (not a full bike), we request that you pick-up your item(s) within 60 business days.
• Due to space restrictions, if you have dropped off a full bike, we kindly ask that you collect it within 10 business days. Bikes left for longer than 10 business days following service completion will be charged a daily storage rate of $2.50 CDN.
